Join Steve for an afternoon of exploring new shapes and challenges. This workshop will walk you through the how, when and where of adding inversions + arm balances to your physical practice. We will spend the first half of the workshop learning how to get into advanced postures and WHEN you can play with them in a vinyasa class.

 The second half of class will give you the opportunity to flow and put your new skills into play during an actual class!   If you are ready to mix things up and try something new,. this workshop is made for you!
