A practice of any kind has the ability to transform the way you walk through the world, and often provides a direct mirror to our day-to-day experiences. Whether you crave something that centers asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), dhyana (meditation), or sangha (community) - we’ve got you covered. Our experienced + diverse teachers each bring their authentic voice to class, eager to share the ways in which yoga has changed their lives.   • Our VINYASA class offering is a body + breath based experience that allows students to explore a deeper connection to self and center. Each instructor brings their own authentic passion and teaching to the practice.  You can expect something different every time you roll out your mat.

    All levels of practice are celebrated- this studio space is a welcoming environment for you to show up exactly as you are.  No expectations, no destinations-just you, body, breath.  This space is for you.

  • VINYASA + BREATH is an immersive experience that holds you in the container of a familiar vinyasa practice and then flows into a variety of other yogic breath practices.  If you are familiar with vinyasa and crave more subtle body breath work, this offering is for you!  Expect to connect to your personal power, cultivate new tools and to integrate your physical and subtle bodies.  

  • This practice is a dedicated space to explore your breath, postures, and the deep rest of meditation. Hatha provides the opportunity to be fully in the body, to burn off the residue in deliberate holds, and to eventually rest deep within the space you’ve created.

    VINYASA offers the arrival and connection to self that we all need, YIN calls upon the introspection and stillness we rarely find.  Combined they become the reset we all crave.

  • For the perfect segway between the end of one week and the beginning of another- join us for this deep dive inward.

    Practice begins with traditional yin postures and welcomes you to sit with stillness as your body processes and releases what it no longer needs to hold.

     Once you have softened and settled the body, the mind follows in a guided meditation that welcomes a fresh start to the week ahead.

  • A powerful + ancient practice, Kundalini uses movement, breath, mantra, mudra + vibration to clear the body of stagnant energy and create a connection to the divinity you hold within. Come to unlock your optimal well-being, stay for the devotional nature of the practice.

  • Every sound carries a vibration, and every vibration opens a doorway. In this practice, mantra becomes a thread that leads you inward-wakening the heart and quieting the mind. Through embodied gentle release, Sanskrit mantra + meditation-we will journey into the timeless space where sound and silence meet.
