Whether you crave something that centers asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), dhyana (meditation), or sangha (community) - we’ve got you covered. Our experienced + diverse teachers each bring their authentic voice to class, eager to share the ways in which yoga has changed their lives.   • Our Flow offering is a vinyasa based, breath driven experience that allows students to explore a deeper connection of mind, body, + soul. Each teacher brings their own authentic passion to the practice - you can expect something different in every class.

  • Your breath is your most primal + intimate resource. By shifting your awareness inward and consciously connecting to your prana, you can connect to all the layers and facets of you on a deeper level. This class is specifically designed to slow down your mind, regulate your emotional body, and create connection between it all. No experience needed.

  • Everything around you is created by vibration, and that energy cannot be created nor destroyed. Using the power of sound and intentional vibrations, you can reset your inner workings and come home to peace and contentment through the use of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, + more.

  • A powerful + ancient practice, Kundalini uses movement, breath, mantra, mudra + vibration to clear the body of stagnant energy and create a connection to the divinity you hold within. Come to unlock your optimal well-being, stay for the devotional nature of the practice.

  • This practice is a dedicated space to explore your breath, postures, and the deep rest of meditation. Hatha provides the opportunity to be fully in the body, to burn off the residue in deliberate holds, and to eventually rest deep within the space you’ve created.

  • Bhakti yoga is an opportunity to journey into your own heart. Join us for a soul-nurturing exploration through practice, connection, and ancient wisdom. In this unique and devotional journey you will explore grounding, light asana, mantra, chanting, meditation and savasana.

  • Flow + Breath is an immersive, vinyasa based experience that utilizes the power of your prana in a multitude of ways. Expect to connect to your personal power, carve out new pathways, and integrate your physical and subtle bodies.

  • Let your physical body relax while the deeper layers of you explore internal vibration from sound bowls and/or chimes! Restore + Sound is the ultimate reset for all layers of you - come as you are!

  • Restore + Nidra is a blissful integration of physical and subtle body rest. The restorative practice will prime the body to relax and receive, and Nidra will rejuvenate the consciousness through “yogic sleep.”

  • The ebbs and flows of the moon influence much of our daily patterns and life, but we don’t often know exactly how. Learn how to use these opportunities presented by nature and take stock of everything you've created + everywhere you will go. Expect community connection, breathwork, shamanic drumming, + time to reflect on it all.
