FLOW is a vinyasa based breath driven experience that allows students to explore a deeper connection to all parts of self. YIN is the much-needed rest that invites stillness and introspection. Combined they become the reset we all crave.

Practice begins with traditional yin postures and welcomes you to sit with stillness as your body processes and releases what it no longer needs to hold.
Once you have softened and settled the body, the mind follows in a guided meditation that welcomes a fresh start to the week ahead.
