This weekend workshop is for all levels and every student is guaranteed to walk away with exciting new shapes to work towards.
The first portion of the weekend will focus on the basics of balancing on your hands and getting upside down. The second portion of this weekend workshops will cover more intermediate and advanced techniques of binding, balancing, + deep twisting.
Plan to dress in clothes that you would wear to practice. Students and teachers are welcome to attend this workshop. Instructors outside of the 300 hour teacher training, this workshop does qualify for 20 hours of continuing education through the Yoga Alliance.
