A tight pelvic floor can manifest in many ways, including a clenched jaw, pain during intimacy, frequent bathroom trips, constipation, hip pain, lower back pain, and tailbone pain. This workshop is an invitation to explore a path toward relief by learning more about the pelvic floor, practicing breathwork that creates softness, and exploring gentle postures that support deep release.
Join Megan in a space safe from the societal stigma and judgement often surrounding pelvic floor awareness where you can be inspired to listen to your body's deep wisdom and tap into healing. Megan’s passion for this work is deeply personal. After years of chronic pelvic pain, she was diagnosed with endometriosis and knows firsthand the transformative benefits of yoga in creating mental and physical peace. Megan received her 200-Hour YTT in 2016 and is excited to share her learnings from her recent training in Yoga for Improved Pelvic Floor Performance.
This workshop welcomes all genders and bodies. Everyone has a pelvic floor, and anyone can experience tension.
